- Manage warehouse & expedition operation
- Establish and manage policies or procedures for related logistics activities
- Overcome transportation problems, logistics, and warehouse issues

Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 years related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail distribution.
- Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to delivery, focusing on customer service.
- Able to identify problems and review related information to evaluate options and implement solution.
- Having analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate team.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Menjual produk-produk Kimia Bangunan (Building Chemicals), yaitu Aquaproof, Heatgard, Betonmix, Aquagard ke pasar tradisional dan retail.
- Kunjungan ke toko untuk membina hubungan baik dengan toko.
- Mencari toko baru untuk memperluas jaringan penjualan.
- Melakukan taking order, memeriksa ketersediaan, dan kelengkapan materi promosi.
- Memastikan proses distribusi ke toko berjalan dengan baik.
Kualifikasi :
- Maksimal usia 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal SMU/SMK/sederajat.
- Pengalaman minimum 2 tahun sebagai sales di bidang Consumer Product dan menjual produk secara retail.
- Mengetahui bahan-bahan bangunan merupakan nilai tambah.
- Mampu mengendarai motor dan mempunyai SIM C.
- Dibutuhkan untuk penempatan di Jakarta, Bogor, Surabaya, Tangerang.
Job Descriptions :
- Design new or re-formulate existing products.
- Coordinate & Follow-up of trials to support new development products in lab scale & in production trials.
- Supporting cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Creating monthly activities report.
- Reporting Trial Result / Result of Analysis.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge in Building Chemicals Product as advantage.
- Familiar with epoxy resins & polyurethane
- Excellent Analytical Thinking, Math Skills, Creativity, Problem Solving, & Decision Making Skill is required for this position.

Job Descriptions :
- Review and validate daily invoices received and also its recording on accounting system
- Ensure invoices and its supporting documents compliance to the Company’s policy and procedures
- Ensure all invoices are properly accounted
- Review on payment invoices and also ensure necessary approval obtained
- Assess and provide accrual of vendors invoices during monthly closing processDesign new or re-formulate existing products.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Has related basic knowledge in account payable or Fresh Graduated with excellent academic are welcome to apply

Requirements :

- Ability to present and communicate effectively.
- High analytical thinking, planning, organizing, and creativity.
- Proficient in performing Training Need Analysis, working on learning development budget, setting a full-year training plan, and working with a target to execute and review.
